Key Account Manager (Heraklion Crete)
The company is a global B2B incoming agency which provides services to in-house tour operators and third party clients worldwide. The Greek branches are located in 5 different locations.
Responsibilities:
• Product development and Booking maximization
• Serve as a link of communication between key customers and internal management
Skills:
- proven work experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
- knowledge of the local tourism scene
- excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- monitoring and familiarizing with clients’ source markets
- vision to understand customers’ needs
- ensuring that profitable sales volume and strategic objective targets are met for the assigned key accounts
- disciplined in time management and ability to work under pressure
- ability in problem-solving
- proficiency in English and German
- proficiency in MS Office
