The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for the daily activities of the Housekeeping Department to ensure appropriate cleaning of all rooms and public areas of the Hotel.
Specifically she or he has to:
- Ensure the rest of the team provides the highest degree of guest satisfaction
- Daily supervise the staff and develop their schedule
- Conduct inspections of all rooms before guest’s arrival and during their stay
- Working with hotel guests who have specific housekeeping needs
- Coordinating housekeeping needs with other hotel department managers
- Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies
- Report to Hotel Manager
- Studies in Hospitality / Tourism
- Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar position
- Very good command of the English language
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer oriented
