KSM HR is looking on behalf of its client, Public Sector Technical Consultant
It is a consulting firm that provides services to both public and private sector clients. In its 25 years of activity, it has supported over 2500 private companies and a large number of public sector organizations in the domestic market.
The role:
Public Sector Technical Consultant
who will provide services to public bodies and the wider public sector.
Duties:
➢ Elaboration of feasibility and maturity studies of public sector projects.
➢ Identification of appropriate financing mechanisms (f.e. PEP, ESPA) and preparation of the relevant technical forms (TDP, TEP etc.).
➢ Monitoring and Technical Support of organizations in the implementation of projects (Technical Consultant services).
➢ Preparation of notices, invitations and public contracts.
➢ Project and process management on the relevant platforms (OPS, E.S.I.DI.S, KIMDIS κλπ.).
Qualifications required:
➢ University or Technology Education Degree
➢ Master’s degree in Economics/Business Administration or/ in a related field.
➢ At least 4 years of experience in the implementation procedures of projects co-financed by the European Structural Funds is required
➢ Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages.
➢ Excellent communication skills, team spirit and flexibility.
➢ Analytical thinking and organization.
