Customer Service Manager
Remote work, home based
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Greek. Any Balkan language will be considered an asset.
Day to day tasks:
- Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently and in a short time
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies of the company
- Registration and handling orders
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Update information in the company’s customer management system (CRM)
- Providing information and answers to customer queries
- Working closely with the sales teams (back up sales , monitoring stock etc)
Must have
- Excellent command of MS Office (word, excel ), Outlook and ERP & CRM systems
- Working experience in a similar position of at least 2 years
