Network Engineer

Οι μηχανικοί δικτύων θα πρέπει να διαθέτουν τις παρακάτω πιστοποιήσεις:

  • Γνώση σε ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση δικτύων data (πιστοποίηση τύπου CCNA)
  • Γνώση σε ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση δικτύων ΙΡ τηλεφωνίας (πιστοποίηση τύπου CCNP Collαboration)
  • Γνώση σε ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση συστημάτων ασφάλειας δικτύων (πιστοποίηση τύπου CCNP Security)
  • Γνώσεις Πρωτοκόλλων δικτύου Internet (πρωτοκόλλων δικτύου & Internet (DNS, στατικές και δυναμικές δρομολογήσεις, Routing/Switching, Ethernet, VLANs, TCP/IP addressing, ΝΑΤ, DHCP))
  • Ευχέρεια στη χρήση του MS Office
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας

Εμπειρία:

  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον τριών (3) ετών
  • Εμπειρία και τεχνογνωσία σε υποδομές δομημένων καλωδιώσεων

Δεξιότητες:

  • Δυνατότητα ανάπτυξης, εγκατάστασης και υποστήριξης WAN & LAN δικτύων
  • Δυνατότητα ανάπτυξης, εγκατάστασης και υποστήριξης Wi-Fi δικτύων
  • Δυνατότητα ελέγχου συσκευών Routers & Switches

We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage software, hardware and networks. Your goal will be to ensure that the technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure software and hardware
  • Manage network servers and technology tools
  • Set up accounts and workstations
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models

Requirements

  • At least (5) years of proven experience on I.T. Technologies
  • Experience with networks (LAN, WAN)
  • Familiarity with VMware, Oracle, SQL, Linux, Windows
  • Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • BSc/Ba in Information Technology or Computer Science; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) is a plus

Προφίλ θέσης:

            Ο κάτοχος της θέσης :

  • Παρέχει τεχνική υποστήριξη πρώτου επιπέδου της δικτυακής υποδομής του τελικού πελάτη
  • Χρησιμοποιεί την εμπειρία και την γνώση του για την ανάλυση, καταγραφή, παρακολούθηση και επίλυση σύνθετων προβλημάτων.
  • Παρακολουθεί εργαλεία monitoring, διαχειρίζεται alert ΙΤ υποδομής (network switches, firewalls, load balancers, proxy, DNS)
  • Αξιοποιεί τα τυπικά εταιρικά εργαλεία για την καταγραφή αλλαγών και προβληματικών δραστηριοτήτων.
  • Διαθέτει τις κατάλληλες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες που θα του επιτρέψουν να συνεργασθεί με τις οργανωτικές μονάδες του ΙΤ και να διαχειριστεί τις απαιτήσεις των εμπορικών αναγκών.

 

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου:

  • Βασική γνώση στην διαχείριση υποδομών δικτύου
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία στην εγκατάσταση rack server hardware και των hardware based components
  • Διαχείριση αιτημάτων υποστήριξης τηλεφωνικά, με e-mail και chat
  • Εμπειρία διάγνωσης και επίλυσης τεχνικών προβλημάτων υποσυστημάτων δικτύου (LAN, switching, firewalling, network connectivity)
  • Συνέπεια σε πρακτικές και μεθοδολογία help-desk
  • Διαχείριση εργαλείων (software) help-desk
  • Παρακολούθηση και εφαρμογή συγκεκριμένων διαδικασιών επίλυσης τεχνικών προβλημάτων
  • Αντιμετώπιση τεχνικών προβλημάτων, επίλυση και αποτύπωση σε τεχνικά έγγραφα
  • Kαλή γνώση Αγγλικών

System Administrator / Support Engineer 

The candidate should have good knowledge of networking terminology, team working skills in order to collaborate with all teams responsible in maintaining the network platform and motivation to always learn new things.

Description:
  • Monitoring and inspecting network infrastructure performance
  • Organize and prepare the deployment of new installations
  • Troubleshoot networking incidents and the ability to find the right solution for complex problems
  • Document procedures and workflows
  • Engage on research and debug new feature deployments, thus requiring close collaboration with the development team
  • Talk with IT customers and assist them in better designing their onboard network solution
  • Provide support to the company’s B2B customers
  • Collaborate on the development of new tools and solutions

Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance for the internal users about the software tools of the company
  • Software maintenance and administration
  • Report development & support
  • Ensure that tickets are resolved efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Learn the ins and outs of the company’s proprietary software
  • Train internal & external customers to use the company’s software
  • Support the Project Manager to deploy new platforms and changes when necessary
Requirements: 
  • Proven Experience with networking fundamentals (Routing, VLAN, VPN, etc.) The candidate should have good understanding of terminology either via written certification or from field experience.
  • Experience with Linux (any flavor), the candidate should be able to operate and configure linux systems via terminal only and good knowledge in setting up and restoring application servers is needed.
  • Fluency in English oral / written Appreciated
  • Shell scripting knowledge would be beneficial, especially in automating procedures
  • Experience of Centos linux flavor would be appreciated
  • Experience with Mikrotik (routerOS) is a must have
