Administrative Assistant 


The client is a real estate development and sales company, mainly developing product for the Golden Visa Program.

The role:

The Administrative Assistant will provide support on the sales team and assist with the office daily tasks.

  • Act as the first point of contact for the clients
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from the sales team and the senior management
  • Organize & schedule appointments & plan meetings if requested
  • Book travel arrangements when necessary
  • Help with the communication with the local greek real estate partners
  • In rare occasions help with the pick ups from the airport

Candidate profile:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Google calendar etc
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English language near native
