KSM Human Resources is seeking to recruit a
Team Leader of Industrial Sales
The Client
A multinational company active in the production, applied research and sale of technical, pure and medical gases as well as in the home care services. The company has widened its operations also in the biotech business and in the production of renewable energy.
Job Description
The suitable candidate will be responsible of industrial sales (no medical sales) and directly reporting to the Deputy Manager Director and/or Area Manager, he/she shall:
- Leader of Industrial sales Team able to direct the activities of salesmen in order to achieve the target of Company in terms of sales
- The candidate must show interpersonal and synthesis skills to transform the guidelines of development sales define with Deputy Manager Director and/or Area Manager in work programs to be entrust to individual salesman
- Experience in conducting sales Team, in organizing the activities for objectives, in verifying the effeteness of the sales activities according of achievement objectivise themselves
- Organize and coordinate the Industrial sales Team on base of annual official budget for the Company and to verify the correspondence to the monthly data and suggest eventual correct action to Deputy Manager Director and the Area Manager
- Promote and support the Deputy Manager Director and the Area Manager in the study and evaluation on eventual new/different business
Requirements
- University Degree in preferably technical subjects
- Range of 3-5 years with specifically experience of management of industrial sales team
- Excellent English & Italian knowledge
- Good communication skills, able to interact with people at all levels, to present facts and figures in a clear and meaningful way
- Skills in the area of Team motivation
- Skills and personality for define negotiation with top gamma clients
- Respect of deadlines and to work load independently
- Place of work – Kamari Viotia (Attika Region)
- Area of activities – All Greece
