KSM Human Resources is seeking to recruit a young and motivated Sales Manager for a multinational organization in the Healthcare Market.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive research regarding the market
- Synthesize monthly reports on progress and development
- Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships
- Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained
- Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing the identity of the company
Requirements and Qualifications
- Master’s degree, MBA or other relevant field, strongly preferred
- 3-5 years’ or more experience in management in relevant business setting
- Significant experience in sales and commercial fields strongly preferred
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Well organized and driven by success
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
- Very good negotiating skills
- Analytical thinker with problem solving skills
- Decisive and committed
