Operations Assistant

The client is a real estate company specialized in the Golden Visa Programs.

The role:

  • Curating the client experience when they travel to Greece for property viewings, with a few alternate experience depending on the client type
  • Hosting the clients during their time in Athens, which mainly would include: airport pickup/drop off (if at a reasonable time), hotel drop off and very brief summary/overview of their itinerary while there, accompanying the clients during their itinerary (with exception to the official guided sightseeing tours)
  • Support to the Operations Manager: daily operations/admin (e.g putting finishing touches to the properties that will be listed on airbnb/booking etc)
  • The client tours will be a shared responsibility between the operations assistant and the other members of the team


  • Work experience in a related field either in real estate or as a tour guide
  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
  • A pleasant personality with focus on creating an exceptional customer experience
  • Full clean driving licence
