real estate property investements company from Hungary is launching it’s first office in Athens and is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Real Estate Operator Profile:
  • Command of good level of English and Greek is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree (ongoing studies is also ok)
  • Technical/Engineer background (e.g. Technical University and School of Civil Engineering)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint softwares
  • Experience in Tourism is a plus
  • Availability in the centre of Athens during the day
  • Marketing: Manage property occupancy via short-term platforms like Airbnb and Booking
  • Check-in Logistics: organize check-in and check-outs and manage time slots with cleaning crews (most of the properties are equipped with lock-boxes for keys, so no personal check-in needed, everything can be done via mobile phone)
  • Facilities Management: Schedule maintenance and repairs, regularly inspect property to ensure it is in good working order, quickly resolve emergency maintenance issues
  • Reporting: Keep financial records from property operations, monthly financial and operational reports for property owner
  • Administrative Support: Collect & Archive all invoices from vendors on time, maintain ledger for common costs and other utilities and prepare payments
  • Technical Support: Control ongoing development projects, communication with project managers on site and report to senior team
  • Opportunity to support management team in financial planning, pipeline building, tendering for development projects and negotiations with vendors
