KSM HR is seeking to recruit a Junior Real Estate Analyst based in Athens.
The client is a real estate development company with developments all over Europe. They specialize in residential and hospitality real estate. A Junior Analyst a is responsible for local sourcing of off-market deals, organizing and updating the company database, running Pro-forma evaluations and helping close deals with the rest of the team. Very few jobs will offer this much hands-on experience and autonomy!
Job details
- find real estate opportunities in Athens (off-market) [50%]
- track listings in company database [10%]
- manage small renovation projects [10%]
- run basic pro-form analysis [10%]
- manage acquisition process with our team [20%]
What you need for the role
- must be proficient in excel, google sheets
- requires a personable, outgoing, self-disciplined personality
- knowledge of downtown Athens and neighborhoods
- interest in real estate and development
- good command of greek and english is a must (reading and writing)
