Senior IT Engineer (Level 3)
The Senior IT Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. This includes managing and maintaining servers, networks, and other IT equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT engineering
- Strong knowledge of server, network, and storage technologies
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
- Windows Server Knowledge and Certifications (Active Directory, Domain Controller)
- Microsoft 365 Experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Certain certifications will be considered as a plus (ex. ITL, CCNA, VCP.. etc)
Daily Tasks:
- Implement new Networking, MSP, MSSP, Cloud Migration projects for customers who want to move to the cloud
- Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with IT systems and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and server issues
- Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and equipment
- Install and configure new IT systems and equipment
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives
- Document and maintain IT system configurations and procedures
