KSM HR is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a high-caliber team of Digital Strategy and Architecture, dedicated to supporting the digital transformation efforts of a well-known Energy Company in Greece, located in Athens, committed to driving innovation, and delivering solutions that will define the future of the energy sector.
Job Description: As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the digital transformation journey of our esteemed Energy Company client. You will be responsible for a range of critical projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the IT and OT architecture, optimizing processes, and supporting the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture Governance: Lead and support the architecture governance processes within the organization.
- Reference Architecture: Drive the development and promotion of reference architectures for Generation-specific IT/OT initiatives.
- Technology Innovation: Keep abreast of the state-of-the-art in IT/OT convergence and provide guidance and direction.
- Support Delivery Teams: Engage with solution design working groups, provide high-level and low-level design deliverables, and offer guidance on proposed solutions’ impact on the existing environment.
- Systems Assessment: Assess the existing systems architecture and recommend improvements in collaboration with technical teams.
- Technology Evaluation: Continuously research current and emerging technologies, proposing changes as needed to support the organization’s goals.
- Knowledge Sharing: Document and share best practices and knowledge related to new solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Offer technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process Evaluation: Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes, suggesting improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role for at least 6 years.
- Expertise in on-premises and cloud architecture integration.
- Understanding of the Operational Technology (OT) domain
- Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proficiency in English language
