KSM Human Resources, on behalf of its client, a luxury 5* hotel in Mykonos, is seeking to recruit a
F&B Manager
We are looking for an experienced professional responsible to handle all the food and beverage operations and deliver an excellent Guest Experience.
What we will expect from you:
- Manage all Food and Beverage operations
- Manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team in order tomaximize sales and revenue
- Establish targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Comply with all health and safety regulations of the hotel
- Develop menus along with other members of the team
- Purchase F&B stock, storage control, planning and carrying out of F&B budgets and report to the management
A F&B Manager should:
- Be leading by example
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Have a customer oriented approach
- Possess excellent forecasting and budgeting skills
- Be a team player
- Have an understanding of inventory management systems
Must have:
- A minimun of 4 year experience as a F&B manager
- Culinary school degree in food service management or relevant
