KSM Human Resources, on behalf of its client, a luxury 5* hotel in Mykonos, is seeking to recruit a

F&B Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional responsible to handle all the food and beverage operations and deliver an excellent Guest Experience.

What we will expect from you:

  • Manage all Food and Beverage operations
  • Manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team in order tomaximize sales and revenue
  • Establish targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations of the hotel
  • Develop menus along with other members of the team
  • Purchase F&B stock, storage control, planning and carrying out of F&B budgets and report to the management

A F&B Manager should:

  • Be leading by example
  • Have exceptional communication skills
  • Have a customer oriented approach
  • Possess excellent forecasting and budgeting skills
  • Be a team player
  • Have an understanding of inventory management systems

Must have:

  • A minimun of 4 year experience as a F&B manager
  • Culinary school degree in food service management or relevant
