The online application form – cv input form displays free text fields (message field). In these, the User must not record confidential or sensitive information such as his or her racial or ethnic origin, ideology or political, religious or philosophical beliefs, information about his/her physical or mental health, biometric data or genetic characteristics, his/her sexual orientation, information about his/her criminal record, social security or identity number Etc.
In no case shall personal data of minors be collected except with the express consent of the persons exercising parental responsibility.

What is the applicable law when our data is processed?
The applicable law is Greek law, as formed in accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data 2016/679/EU, and in general the applicable national and European legislative and regulatory framework for the protection of personal data. The competent courts for any disputes relating to your Data are the Courts of Athens.
