The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Low level design of local area, Managed Customers networks based on Metro ethernet, IP-MPLS, Secure Sdwan, Sdbranch technologies.
- End to End Technical Provisioning of Telecom Managed Services on the company’s infrastructure (Core IP, Access IP) & at Customer premises (NTs, CPEs, appliances)
Main requirements:
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Security or related degree
- Experienced in deployment, operation, design of complex networks & security solutions (dynamic routing, tunnelling etc)
- Experience in deployment & design of Telecom services based on multi-vendor equipment’s (Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik) or at least one of those
- Deep knowledge of cutting edge Technology SD-WAN & SD-Branch
- Basic knowledge on perimeter Security & Next Generation Firewalls
- Certifications are desirable (Fortinet NSE4-7, Cisco CCNP/CCSP)
- Basic knowledge of IP Telephony & SIP Protocol
Necessary Abilities and Skills:
- 3 years Hands-on experience in network and security infrastructure operations including provisioning & support
- Deep understanding of Complex Corporate Customer Networks solutions or topologies
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP & routing, information security principles & practices. Good Knowledge on Internet-centric applications & protocols such as: HTTP, SMTP, SSL, SSH, SNMP, DNS.
- Efficient communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Greek
- CRM, Technical DBs, NMS administration & operation
- Experience in working with multiple Technical Projects and Technical Teams coordination
- Respect, Patience and Deep understanding of Customer needs
