- Native or near Native Chinese speaker
- Very good command of English language
- Communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, listening to their needs and try to offer them the best solution
- Selling skills- Demonstrate potential return on investment, develop the international sales network
- PR skills – promote the real estate services in the international clientele, event management
