Channel Sales Account Manager

Our client, a global digital security company, is seeking to hire a
Channel Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to reseller enquiries for new and renewal product quotes, supports resellers in lead generation activities and pipeline development, quoting, and order management & sales facilitation activities.
  • Collaborates with the company’s Inside Sales and Customer Support functions, for servicing sales requests and reseller enquiries.
  • Achieves or exceeds quarterly monitored, annual sales revenue targets.
  • Recruits and manages mid-market and SMB resellers, to successfully promote company’s cyber security software solutions.
  • Conducts frequent reseller physical or virtual visits, as well as regular sales calls, ensuring timely closure of business.
  • Works together with the company’s Marketing and Inside Sales team to successfully generate new sales leads and software renewal opportunities.
  • Represents the company’s reseller community at local and/or regional trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Has regular internal business reviews with weekly forecasting mandate.
  • Tracks all relevant sales opportunities and pipeline reseller activity and manages reporting using the company’s CRM.
  • Maintains clean and updated sales pipeline and reseller/end-user account information within the company’s CRM.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Education/Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications or other related subject.
  • Ability to liaise with and manage partners, for sell-through and sell-with activities, preferably within the software or IT cyber security industry.
  • Excellent planning, presentation, and business communication skills.
  • Works interdependently, with little supervision for most assignments.
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of the cyber security software solutions market.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English language.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Completed military obligations (for male candidates).

Experience:

  • Three (3) years or more indirect sales experience in the IT market, with clear sales engagement and channel management involvement, under an annual sales quota.

Senior Accountant

We are looking for a qualified Senior Accountant to handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business.

Job Description

  1. Prepares assets, liabilities and capital accounts entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  2. Manages month-end and year-end closing and prepares financial results at the end of each period within specific deadlines
  3. Establishes accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets
  4. Support revenue related processes such as billing and clients invoicing
  5. Checking, agreement and communication with Customers / Suppliers
  6. Assign Cash Records and Cash Control
  7. Check registration receivables / payables
  8. Documents Financial Transactions by entering account information.
  9. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing Balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  10. Substantiates Financial Transactions by auditing documents.
  11. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  12. Prepares special Financial Reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  13. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  14. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  15. Prepare all the documentation related to Monthly taxes, My data and also the Annual audit, Financial statements and Income Tax

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance.
  2. Proven working experience as a senior accountant at least of five years
  3. Authorized Signature A’ Class
  4. Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
  5. Experience with ERP accounting systems –Soft1 knowledge will be considered as an asset
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  7. An advanced user of Microsoft Office programs and especially Excel
  8. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  9. Effective communication skills
  10. Drive to solve problems, identify options and propose a reasoned solution
  11. Self-reliant, proactive and highly motivated
  12. Ability to cooperate effectively with other departments»

The ideal candidate must be  fluent in English and Greek. Any Balkan language will be considered an asset.

Day to day tasks:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently and in a short time
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies of the company
  • Registration and handling orders
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Update information in the company’s customer management system (CRM)
  • Providing information and answers to customer queries
  • Working closely with the sales teams (back up sales , monitoring stock etc)

Must have

  • Excellent command of MS Office (word, excel ), Outlook and  ERP & CRM systems
  • Working experience in a similar position of at least 2 years
