Brand Manager
The client is a well-established beverage distributor in Greece and Cyprus.
Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management in a multinational environment in the beverage industry
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Strong communication skills
- Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain brand plans and budgets alongside the Marketing Director
- Shape and communicate the vision and mission of the company
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
- Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
- Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
- Closely co-operate and engage internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance,etc.) as well as external partners (ex Media Agencies)
- Monitor the day-to-day financials within the agreed budget
