Brand Manager

The client is a well-established beverage distributor in Greece and Cyprus.

Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management in a multinational environment in the beverage industry
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain brand plans and budgets alongside the Marketing Director
  • Shape and communicate the vision and mission of the company
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
  • Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
  • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
  • Closely co-operate and engage internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance,etc.) as well as external partners (ex Media Agencies)
  • Monitor the day-to-day financials within the agreed budget
